Cancun, Q.R. – Wet’n Wild Cancun water park has been revamped and officially opened as Ventura Park.
The old Cancun park that entertained people for nearly two decades has received a $6 US million makeover. The site is now Ventura Entertainment, which consists of the companies Selvática, Dolphinaris, Entreteparq.
While the new Ventura Park offers a different experience, it kept many of the old parks attributes such as the wave pool, water slides and lazy river. The newly themed park now offers a Caribbean restaurant area and exclusive beach club where people can lounge by the sea, something the previous park did not offer.
Ventura Park also features numerous out-of-water rides such as go-karts, zip line, bridge tours, virtual reality games and amusement rides. Water activities include water slides, exclusive kid’s pool, pool bar and swimming with the dolphins.
